Setting a new benchmark for high-end residential energy independence, Taqat Aliraq Almutajadeda Company for Trading & Maintenance Conditioning (ENERGCO) has announced the successful deployment of a customized, dual-system solar infrastructure, meticulously engineered for a luxury twin-residential complex.
The project features two independent 12 kW Three-Phase (3-Phase) solar power systems, with one unit dedicated to each of the adjoining residential properties.
To maximize operational efficiency and ensure an uninterrupted power supply, ENERGCO’s engineering team integrated an advanced load-balancing architecture. Every component was curated and installed according to the highest international engineering and electrical safety standards, guaranteeing long-term stability, structural durability, and optimal power distribution.
“Modern premium residences require power solutions that are as reliable as they are sustainable,” said an ENERGCO engineering spokesperson. “By implementing separate three-phase systems for these twin properties, we have ensured that both households enjoy seamless, grid-independent energy. This project reflects our capacity to tailor complex electrical engineering to the specific architectural and lifestyle needs of our clients.”
This successful commissioning reinforces ENERGCO’s growing footprint in the residential renewable energy market, proving that eco-friendly transitions can deliver superior performance, safety, and modern comfort for homeowners in Iraq.
